---DETAILS--- All-Clad pioneered multi-ply cookware in the 1970s with the d3 (also called TriPly) series, when they layered aluminium—an excellent conductor of heat—with stainless steel, which is excellent at being non-reactive, oven-safe, induction hob-compatible, and extremely durable. These pans feel light to lift but are sturdy and warp-resistant, with comfortable handles that mould to an underhanded grip and stay cool on the hob. The stainless steel is polished on the outside for a mirror finish and brushed on the inside. (Dishwasher use is not recommended.) The frying pans and saute pan have curved rims for drip-free pouring. This set includes:
