Made in Denmark, the Gastrolux Evo Non-Stick Frying Pan is made without PFAS, also known as ‘forever plastics. ’ The thick, sturdy Thermophore base ensures optimal heat distribution, with the added value of being warp-proof, resistant to over-heating, and remarkably durable. It is suitable for all hobs, including induction. Every pan is made of 100% recycled aluminium, hand-layered with a proprietary non-stick coating that has been reinforced with bio-minerals to resist scratches and abrasion. The coating is approved and certified food-safe by the Danish Technology Institute. The removable, stay-cool handle contains no screws or loose parts. With a simple click, you can detach the pan so it can go in the oven (up to 260°C) and attach it back just as easily, no glove required.
