This Square Griddle with two Handles is from the new chef-inspired collection from Lodge. Just like their original pans, they are pre-seasoned, made in the USA and designed to last a lifetime. A few new features set this collection aside from the original, such as sloped sides (rather than the straight edges) for easier turning of food inside the pan, as well as elongated handles that arch more naturally with the shape of the hand. Suitable for all hobs including induction, it is oven- and barbecue-safe. Like all cast iron cookware, it requires a bit of special attention to clean and maintain; read instructions on how to do that here.
Note: Because Lodge pans are made using a traditional sand-moulding technique and undergo pre-seasoning before reaching you, there may be minor cosmetic imperfections such as pinholes or smudges on the surface. These are considered normal and do not affect the performance of the pans.
