They create an ever-so-slightly porous dough, so your pasta will bind to sauces more easily. This Ravioli Attachment creates sheets of 45mm square ravioli (recommended thickness, position 6). Compatible with the Marcato Atlas 150 and Atlas 150 plus machines.
For safety reasons, use only manually; not to be used with the Marcato Pastadrive Motor.
