---DETAILS--- The Mauviel M’Cook Casserole outperforms standard stainless steel pots by miles because of the way it’s designed. Every casserole has an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel, three layers of heat-responsive aluminium, and an outer layer of ferritic stainless steel, which makes it induction-compatible. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. These heat-conducting metals go all the way to the edges of the pot, ensuring even cooking through and through. High-quality steel that’s polished on the outside but brushed on the inside makes clean-up simple, and a curved rim allows drip-free pouring.
This set includes a 16cm, 18cm, 20cm and 24cm casserole to cover a variety of dishes, for 2-3 people up to 8-10 people and for batch cooking. Designed with small European kitchens in mind, pieces in the M’Cook range stack together neatly. Each pot comes with a lid. These casseroles will last a lifetime.
Mauviel M’Cook pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not impact performance or durability. While M’Cook pans are dishwasher-safe, please note that dishwasher detergents that contain harsh chemicals such as potassium are abrasive to the aluminium edge on the rims of these pans. This can cause the edge to feel sharp over time, but does not affect performance.
