The grinding mechanism of this salt mill is made from medical-grade zirconia, which stays sharp over a lifetime of use (and is backed by a warranty). This patented mechanism grinds a wide variety of dry salts, including flaky salt, with utmost precision. In its finest grind, you can use less salt with no loss of flavour. The six u’Select grind settings can be found on the bottom of the mill with the roman numerals—I is finest, and VI is most coarse.
