Made in Italy, they feature three layers of metal, with a thick core of aluminium that makes heat conductivity 35% faster than most other tri-ply pans. Built to withstand temperatures up to 316ºC, these pans are oven and grill-safe and induction-compatible, making it easy to transfer from the stove to the oven. The ergonomic handles feature a vent that keeps them comparatively cool on the hob, and are seamlessly joined to the pan to eliminate a crevice where dirt can get trapped. This Sauteuse Pan with Lid, or saute casserole pan, can be used for frying, braising, simmering or stewing ingredients.
